Prototyping:
From Idea to Reality

Make Your Invention a Reality with Prototyping

Prototyping is what makes the impossible, possible

Prototyping is a fundamental part of the design process, and it’s also a physical manifestation of the growth mindset that characterizes design thinking. The goal of prototyping is to test an idea to gather feedback and learn from the experience. Each prototype is designed to address specific weaknesses in the previous version, and each new round of testing brings fresh insights that can be used to improve the design. This way, the prototyping process is an ongoing cycle of growth and learning. We can continuously improve our techniques and achieve our ultimate goals by constantly pushing ourselves to create better prototypes. There’s a reason every successful product comes to life at the prototyping stage…

Which prototype will be best for you?

We believe in making measurable progress, so you can watch your idea evolve. We take care of all the steps involved to get it done quickly and efficiently while giving our clients their privacy at every stage!

PROOF OF CONCEPT PROTOTYPING

Test your product or idea and see if your concept is viable before you invest too much time or money.

CONCEPT MODELING

There are many factors to consider most importantly, what direction will work best with the users’ needs?

ELECTRICAL & IOT DEVELOPMENT

Don’t let the speed of change in the tech world stand in the way of you and your idea. Our team handles everything on the tech side so you don’t have to.

VISUAL PROTOTYPING

This prototype shows what the product will look like, its shape and size. It is not a working model, but it can be shown to investors or potential customers to get money for the final design.

WORKING PROTOTYPE

This prototypes the clarity of a proposed product. It shows the shape, size, design and working of the product. This helps investors or early customers see what the final product will look and work like.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROTOTYPE

This prototype is an invaluable tool that helps designers and engineers avoid costly mistakes before implementing their designs into full-scale production.

Ready to turn your next idea into the next big thing?

We’re ready when you are. Simply reach out, share your ideas, and we’ll introduce you to our full range of prototyping services. It’s the simple, stress-free and efficient way to take ideas to market without delay.

OUR 5 STEP PROCESS

You want to make sure you’re choosing the right approach, and we get that. To make sure nothing is missed, we’ve broken our process down into simple steps you can follow from beginning to end.

Appearance Model

The appearance model is often the first step in making a product. The design process starts with this. The appearance model shows what the final product will look like. It also shows how many colours people might want. It is also used during testing sessions, so people know where all the buttons are located before installing them on products.

Proof of Concept

Proof of concept prototypes is a way to test how well your design will work before building it. You can try different parts of the design or other materials with a proof of concept prototype. This will help you determine which version of the design works best and is most durable.

Alpha/Beta

We use this Alpha prototype to determine what needs fixing before making the final product. It’s essential because, without it, we might not know our limitations and could end up with an unworkable design! We then use 3D printing, molds and PCBs to create the beta prototype. We then test it using production procedures before releasing documentation with updated Laser inscription text that is ready for release!

Pilot Production

During the pilot production phase, design refinements and optimizations from beta prototype verification testing are incorporated into our pilot products. This allows us to produce a stable product for summative usability tests as well as clinical trials, which will make them available on initial release with minimal issues that may arise during the proof-of-concept stages

Matured Prototype

Mature prototypes are more durable and stable than the initial ones. They incorporate refinements from user feedback and production monitoring to create an efficient design with high yields in terms of the construction process, which saves money and post-production issues!
